Personal development at Hawk Stars, based in Pinhel, is understood as a continuous process of individual and collective growth, based on non-formal education, youth empowerment, and active community participation. It promotes skills such as autonomy, creativity, and citizenship, while also integrating an international dimension through intercultural projects that stimulate dialogue, innovation, and entrepreneurship, contributing to the enhancement of the local territory and the creation of learning and development opportunities in an inland region of Portugal.
Hawk Stars began with a shared vision, in a complex and constantly changing world, as a platform for education, innovation, and social development, rooted in the interior of Portugal and with a pro-European mindset, focused on developing a more cohesive society where social, European, and community values are the foundation we intend to consolidate in the areas where we operate.
