Preamble

These general conditions of sale are agreed between Hawk Stars NGO for Education, Innovation and Social Development, with headquarters at Rua Marechal Gomes da Costa nº 23, 6400-379 Pinhel, tax identification number 517105594, hereinafter referred to as “HAWK STARS NGO” and people who wish to make purchases through the website www.hawkstars.org hereinafter referred to as "User"

The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.hawkstars.org will be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any prior conditions available on the website.

Article 1 - Object

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the Buyer (Donor) regarding the ordering, selling, payment and provision of services or delivery of purchases made on the website www.hawkstars.org
These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order/service provision between the Contracting Parties.

Article 2 - Order

The Buyer (Donor) places his order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.hawkstars.org

In the Online Store (shop.hawkstars.org/pt) – Hawk Stars Donations Shop, hosted in the Jumpseller online store network, adding the product(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart
At Galeria de Arte Impacto Social, an email must be sent to - artgallery.socialimpact@gmail.com, expressing interest in purchasing the work of art, after which the process of booking, purchasing, invoicing and shipping the work begins.

To send your order, the Buyer (Donor) must:

Register your personal data, providing the information requested for this purpose.
Complete the information and choose the options that are available to you throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the NIF and the name that, for tax purposes, you want to appear on the invoice), in the purchase process in the online store, and or requests by email, in the case of the Hawk Stars Social Impact Art Gallery.

The final confirmation of the order by the Buyer (Donor) is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
Hawk Stars will honor orders received online up to the limit of available stocks.
The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User.
Order requests are valid for 30 days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline, and it is not possible to guarantee the provision of the service, prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period.

Article 3 - Payment

On the website www.hawkstars.org, namely in the Online Store, Hawk Stars NGO offers the Buyer (Donor) the following payment methods via Easypay - Instituição de PayPal Lda:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
Multibanco reference;
Transfer;

In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the Buyer's (Donor's) card immediately after confirmation of dispatch of the goods.
In the case of the Hawk Stars Social Impact Art Gallery, payment will be made by bank transfer.

The Buyer (Donor), after confirmation of availability and confirmation of sale by Hawk Stars, must make a bank transfer to the following IBAN: PT50.0036.0053.99100203412.98 / MPIOPTPL
Send proof of transfer to artgallery.socialimpact@gmail.com
After this, Hawk Stars NGO will carry out the bank reconciliation between the account movement and the proof sent by the User, therefore proceeding to send the Work of Art purchased at the Gallery.

Article 4 - Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 30 working days after placing the order.
In the case of Galeia de Arte Impacto Social, orders will be delivered within 30 working days after payment confirmation, and the delivery company must be chosen by the Artist responsible for sending the Work.
Shipping costs are added to orders, in the case of the Online Store the costs will be visible at the time of online purchase and completion of payment and order;

Article 5 - Pricing

Prices must be understood in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order, not being applicable when Hawk Stars NGO is subject to an exemption regime;
If there is an increase in the Prices of any product/service, the Buyer (Donor) will be informed immediately, and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

Article 6 - Cancellation and Return

The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Hawk Stars.
Whenever possible, the return must be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user/buyer must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer.
Hawk Stars NGO undertakes to reimburse the Buyer (Donor) within a maximum period of 50 days.

Article 7 - Financial Product and Result

Hawk Stars NGO is a non-profit association;
The result and financial product from sales in the Online Store and Art Gallery are considered by our Organization to be Sales to “Donors”.
All products sold in the Online Store and Art Gallery come from private agreements between collectors, hoarders, local producers, artisans, artists and curators and Hawk Stars NGO for Education, Innovation and Social Development.
When selling each product, Hawk Stars NGO keeps between 15% and 50% of the final sale, the percentages varying by product type and partnership agreement.
The final product obtained by Hawk Stars NGO will be used 100% to help build the Hawk Stars NGO International Training Center and/or Social Innovation Center for Development, which can be found on the Global Village Project website.
In addition to the Impacto Social Art Gallery and Online Store, the Hawk Stars Global Village Project, of which the 1st objective is the Reconstruction of the Building, for the operation of the center referred to in the previous point, also has other forms of donation, namely, attributing a tax benefit or a merit benefit, which can be consulted in the Menu - The Global Village -» Direct Contribution.
The investment of the financial product obtained by Hawk Stars is transparent, and Donors can monitor the progress of the Project in the Transparency Menu on the website www.hawkstars.org

Article 8 - Privacy Policy

The processing of the information provided is carried out in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR).
